Repetitive Stress Injury and What we can do about it.
(Posted 11/21/2001)

Repetitive Stress Injuries can cause severe and debilitating pain, and cost employers billions annually, yet this little understood syndrome has few cures. Harvard University's Yon Lee offers this explanation of RSI and how the techniques of Tai Chi which exercise every joint and combination of joints can help correct this problem.

Master Lee believes you can never be too young or to old to benefit from Tai Chi. Just do it the best you can and make it a part of your life.

From a lecture delivered at the Harvard University Science Center Conference on Tai Chi and Health
