Martial Arts and Qigong Master Ping Zhen Cheng, a graduate of the Beijing Chinese National Qigong Science Institute and a native of Hebei Province, will teach the fundamental forms and alignments of the Hsing-I style developed by Sun Lu Tang, one of the most famous internal martial arts masters of modern China.

Students will gain a solid foundation in Hsing-I, including the ability to transfer the force of an attack through their joints into the earth, and the basic health benefits of Bone Marrow Washing Qigong. Don't miss this introduction by a master teacher to one of China's great internal arts.

Passed down by Master Sun Lu Tang of Hebei Province, China, Sun style Hsing-I combines the inner transformation secrets from the Taoist meditation tradition with authentic Chinese Internal martial arts techniques of many styles. Practitioners from any style and at any level will benefit from this special workshop.

Students will learn the Five Element postures, and the Linking form of Hsing-I, along with the fundamental key of all internal martial arts - the 1st three pairs of the 6-harmony principle: to develop coordination between the hands & the feet (the tip), the elbows and the knees (the middle), and the hips and the shoulders (the root). At the end of the workshop, students will experience the ability to transfer any outside invading force to the earth through their coordinated joints. An excellent choice for students at all levels of experience.
