Ms. Adler, is an advanced practice nurce and a doctoral student at Case Western Reserve University. She has modified the traditional Tai Chi form to accomodate those with chronic pain and found that those patients who practiced Tai Chi showed a signifigant reduction in pain.

The original Case Western Reserve University article called, "Pilot study shows that elderly patients benefit from Tai Chi" was found at http://www.dohealthnet.com/article1099.html
