taoist-arts.com News: Benefits from Tai Chi on Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (Posted 11/11/2001)
Thirteen adolescents with ADHD participated in Tai Chi classes twice a week for 5 weeks. Teachers rated the adolescents' behaviors.
