On a two-hour pass from the London Health Sciences Centre cancer unit, Sherri-Lee Guilbert went to see a Tai Chi demonstration. "I was just going to observe and bask in the healing energy, but once I was close I knew I could do it."
The gentle flowing movements of Tai Chi can improve physical and psychological health and increase energy. They can also help tense people to relax and strengthen their body without risk of strain or injury.
