(Posted 11/29/2001)

Chi Kung, (a subset of Nei Kung) exercises improve health and longevity by helping people to cultivate their inner energy. Chi Kung consists of literally thousands of exercises. Chi Kung exercises may be done standing, sitting or moving. An example of moving chi kung is Tai Chi Chuan.

Chi Kung exercises are designed to help increase a person's sense of harmony with themselves and with the world.
