Wu Style Tai Chi Intermediate Form
Ready to level up? The Intermediate Form adds more martial flair and circular motion, boosting strength, health, and readiness for self-defense. It takes about ten minutes to flow through and sets you up for the traditional Long Form. (Prerequisite: Wu Short Form.)

The traditional Long Form fully unlocks your body, energy, and mind. It builds strength through flexibility and balances every system in your body. (Prerequisite: any Tai Chi form.)
