Tao Te Ching
The Tao Te Ching is one of the foundations of  Chinese philosophy. It has been widely translated and studied by martial artists and scholars for  centuries. This translation by Gia Fu Feng and jane English is one of my favorites.

The I Ching: An Introduction
This ancient manual of fortune and divination has been used by the Chinese for centuries. Known as The Book of Changes it describes all human endeavor in terms of  interactions of  Yin and Yang.

The I Ching: Book of Wisdom
Confucius, standing by a river, said: "Everything flows on and on like this river, without pause, day and night."
The underlying philosophy  of the I Ching  is the idea of change.
